This 10-week process and peer support group offers a space to explore how family dynamics continue to affect your adult relationships, emotional life, and sense of self. Through reading, sharing, and discussing, the same participants each week will learn to identify and heal the wounds of growing up with “Distant, Rejecting, or Self-Involved Parents.”
