Clinical Supervision in Colorado

I offer clinical supervision for social workers in Colorado seeking LCSW licensure, as well as for any licensed therapists who want to deepen their clinical work beyond the basics.

Supervision with me is collaborative, creative, and grounded in real practice. We focus on both clinical skill and who you are in the room—because effective therapy requires both.

Modalities & clinical frameworks

I have formal training and experience in evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches, including:

  • Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and TF-CBT for PTSD

  • Attachment-oriented therapy including use of Emotionally Focussed Individual Therapy (EFIT)

  • Arts-based interventions from Theatre of the Oppressed and Psychodrama

We’ll discuss and explore case conceptualization through various lenses (attachment, dynamic, behavioral, archetypal), and always with a person-centered, strengths perspective and awareness of the roles played by privilege and oppression in the mental health system.

Colorado LCSW Supervision (DORA Requirements)

I provide clinical supervision for social workers working toward LCSW licensure in Colorado, in accordance with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) requirements.

Supervision includes:

  • Individual and/or group supervision options

  • Clinical guidance aligned with Colorado licensure standards

  • Documentation of supervision hours as required by DORA

  • Support in developing competencies expected for independent clinical practice

Please note: supervisees are responsible for ensuring all licensure requirements are met through DORA, including hour totals and supervision structure.

Background

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Denver, Colorado, with training in ERP, I-CBT, ACT, CPT, TF-CBT, and psychodynamic therapy. I attend trainings regularly, study the work of Carl G. Jung and apply the principles of his depth psychology when meaningful.

My approach integrates evidence-based practice with relational and process-oriented work, depth work, and includes attention to countertransference and the therapeutic relationship. Also, as an ACT therapist, I utilize ACT in supervisory relationships to help ground us in what is meaningful and purposeful to you, and to give structure and direction to our work.
